Mannatech's Remarkable Compensation Plan!

Count the ways you can earn money.

SALES

Retail Sales. You can earn 30% or more profit from the sale of each product. Product can be shipped direct from Mannatech to the customer.

Product Pack Direct Bonus. Pays $10 commission on products included with each $49 Preferred Customer Pack, $60 on each Master Product Pack, $125 on Master and All-Star Combination Pack, $200 on each Career Pack and $65 on each $375 All-Star upgrade Pack.

STAR BONUS Program

Master Associate Bonus. Pays $20, $40, $60, or $80 for products for Master Associates entering your organization at any level, after specific qualifications are met. Pays to the first qualified upline.

All-Star Bonus. Pays $25, $50, $75, or $100 for products for All-Star Associates entering your organization at any level, after specific qualifications are met. Pays to the first qualified upline.

Training Bonus. Pays $25 for every Master Associate you train, whether that person is in your downline or not.

BUSINESS-BUILDERS

Unilateral Bonus. Pays on all product sales in your organization through five active levels of depth and compresses out non-purchasing Associates. There are no width restrictions. Unilateral checks are paid two weeks after the close of each business period. To qualify for the Mannatech Unilateral Bonus, an Associate must achieve 45 Personal Point Value (PPV) in the business period.

Leadership Bonus. The Leadership/Generational Bonus Program allows an Associate to earn on his/her 6th level, plus roll-up from additional levels. The following criteria must be met each business period in order to earn at the specific level:

Regional Director Leadership Bonus

Achieve and maintain Master Associate status.

Achieve 90 PPV in the business period.

Achieve and maintain an active Associate in four separate legs.

Receive Leadership Bonus of 15% on the APO of all 6th level sales, plus roll-up** (PLBL = Personal Leadership Bonus Levels).

National Director Leadership Bonus

Maintain Regional Director requirements, plus

Achieve and maintain four (4) qualified Regional Director legs.

Receive Leadership Bonus of an additional 13% [15% (RD) + 13% (ND) = 28% total] on the APO of all sales in your PLBL.]

National Director Generational Bonus

To be eligible to receive National Generational Bonuses, an Associate must achieve and maintain All-Star status and have been coded as a Two-Star in any previous business period.

Receive 2% on the APO of all sales on 1st generation National's 13% PLBL.

Executive Director Leadership Bonus

Maintain Regional Director, plus

Achieve and maintain eight (8) qualified Regional Director legs.

Receive Leadership Bonus of an additional 11% [15% (RD) + 13% (ND) + 11% (ED) = 39% total on the APO of all sales in your PLBL.]

Executive Director Generational Bonus

To be eligible to receive Executive Generational Bonuses, an Associate must achieve and maintain All-Star status and have been coded as a Three-Star in any previous business period.

Receive 1% on the APO of all sales on 1st generation Executive's 11% PLBL.

Receive 1% on the APO of all sales on 2nd generation Executive's 11% PLBL

Presidential Director Leadership Bonus

Achieve Executive Director qualifications and earn an income of $7,000 (excluding any Trainer bonuses) in the same qualifying business period*.

Receive additional 9% [15% (RD) + 13% (ND) + 11% (ED) + 9% (PD) = 48% total] on the APO of all sales in your PLBLs (starting the business period immediately following the qualifying business period.)

Presidential Director Generational Bonus

Bronze Presidential

Must be a Presidential and have one leg with a qualified Presidential Director (PD).

Receive 1% on the APO of all sales on 1st generation Presidential's 9% PLBL.

Silver Presidential

Must be a Presidential and have two legs with a qualified Presidential Director (PD).

Receive 1% on the APO of all sales on 2nd generation Presidential's 9% PLBL.

Gold Presidential

Must be a Presidential and have three legs with a qualified Presidential Director (PD).

Receive .5% on the APO of all sales on 3rd generation Presidential's 9% PLBL.

Platinum Presidential

Must be a Presidential and have four legs with a qualified Presidential Director (PD).

Receive .5% on the APO of all sales on 4th generation Presidential's 9% PLBL.

BINARY

Binary Bonus. In order to expedite income, Binary is paid to new Associates at 50% of the Standard Binary Bonus calculations. The new Associate is paid through the accumulation of 250 GAPO on the left and right sides of each Income Center. The new Associate is paid a $100 bonus up to a maximum of $600 per Income Center per week through the first Earnings Cycle. The First Time Factor is reached through the accumulation of a minimum of 250 GAPO on the left and right sides of each Income Center, which then completes the first Earnings Cycle. Once the first Earnings Cycle is complete, all subsequent Earnings Cycles will pay according to the Standard Binary Bonus calculations.

Computer program looks for matches of the total Group Actual Pay Out (GAPO) from each side, or leg, (in $500 increments). You are paid 20% of matches of $500 to $3,000 GAPO per week. Each time two sides of any income center reach $500 or more, you receive $200 up to a maximum of $1,200 per income center. There are no limits to the number of income centers each Associate can have. These totals accumulate from infinite levels downline and continue to be held on one side as long as it takes until matched by the other leg.

RESIDUAL

Discount Automatic Product Order Bonus. Get an extra 10% discount off wholesale, plus a 5% Bonus, on your own Discount Automatic Product Order. If qualified, you can earn an extra 5% on your downline's Discount Auto Orders.

Fast Start Bonus. A $100 bonus is earned when a new Associate achieves the leadership level of Regional Director by the end of their first full Business Period. A $500 bonus is earned when a new Associate achieves the leadership level of National Director by the end of their first three full Business Periods.
